By commissioning me or using this site, you agree to the Terms of Service outlined below. Please read carefully before proceeding--All communications and transactions are conducted professionally, respectfully, and transparently.
I reserve the right to decline any project that does not align with my artistic style, values, or schedule.COMMISSION PROCESSSubmit a detailed commission request using the form provided on the website.
Pricing is case-by-case, with starting prices as follows:
Fully rendered pieces: $80+
Simple designs: $60+
Eye banners: $35+
The final price will depend on the complexity, size, and additional details of your request.
Once your project is accepted, I’ll provide a quote and an estimated timeline.PAYMENTA 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your commission - for Eye Banners, payment will be done in full.
Full payment is due upon completion before the final artwork is delivered.
Payments are accepted via PayPal or Revolut.REVISIONS3 rounds of minor revisions are included in the price.(sketch, base colors and rendering- 1 per phase)
Additional revisions or major changes after the project is in rendering process may incur extra fees.DELIVERYFinal artwork will be delivered digitally in your requested format.
No physical products are included.USAGE RIGHTSArtist’s RightsI retain the copyright and ownership of all artwork created unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
I may use the artwork for portfolio purposes, social media promotion, or other non-commercial uses.Client’s RightsYou are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the artwork as discussed (e.g., for display, social media, or personal projects).
For commercial use (e.g., merchandise, marketing, or reselling), additional fees and a licensing agreement are required.!RESTRICTIONS!Do not claim the artwork as your own creation.
Do not alter, edit, or redistribute/sell the artwork without permission.
Credit the artwork accordingly when uploading it to social media.REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONSThe initial deposit is non-refundable.
If I am unable to complete your project for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
If the client cancels after significant progress has been made, partial refunds will be considered at my discretion.BEHAVIOR & COMMUNICATIONCommunication must remain professional and respectful.
Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and will result in termination of services without a refund.DISCLAIMERI do my best to meet deadlines, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified promptly of any changes to the timeline.
